Dianne Doane-Bustetter is a licensed PMHNP with a strong passion for helping others. Dianne became a FNP-BC from South University and later earned her PMHNP-BC from Florida State University. Dianne is recognized by the ANCC for her Board Certification. Dianne is the lead PMHNP at Strive Mental Health and has employed others for the positions of medication management, therapy, and other overall mental health needs. Dianne and the team here at Strive Mental Health believe in the whole approach to mental health from holistic approaches to traditional approaches. Dianne utilizes the methods with each of her clients to make sure they have all of the medical and therapeutic needs covered to continue on their mental health journey. In her spare time, Dianne pursues her passion for animals, horse back riding, and her family.
Shawn Kernz is a licensed APRN and PMHNP ready to help you start your mental health journey. Shawn has a passion for helping others and has earned his master's in nursing from Wilkes University. He provides psychiatric care by managing medications. While he does do medication management, Shawn also provides comprehensive and holistic (mind, body, and spirit) care to his clients. In his free time Shawn likes to spend time with his son and family along with spearfishing.
Kayla Hoffman is a board-certified PMHNP committed to providing knowledgeable, individualized, empathetic care that meets your mental health needs. Kayla’s goal is to collaborate with each individual to find the best plan with consideration of biological, psychological, and sociological factors. Kayla is driven to build strong relationships with her clients and their families acting as a patient advocate to achieve the best possible outcomes. Kayla constructs a solid therapeutic relationship with her clients focusing on finding treatment options that efficiently manage and treat complex mental health concerns. In her free time, Kayla enjoys hiking, yoga, and painting.
Reina Matychak has been in the medical field starting as a licensed nurse in 2005. Reina switched over to counseling due to her love of helping others, talking to others and helping others achieve their health goals. She has earned a Master of Counseling degree from NOVA Southeastern University with the Highest Honors. Reina utilizes evidence-based treatment and holistic treatment for all of her clients from children, teens, young adults and families. Reina is qualified to treat those with, trauma, ADHD, attachment/bonding disorders and autism, along with anxiety, depression, abuse, substance abuse and grief. Reina prides herself with adapting to each of her client's individual needs through different forms of therapy and through keeping up with the ever-evolving field of psychology.
Leah Li was born and raised in the suburbs of Boston, MA. She graduated with a BA and a BSW from Bridgewater State University and earned her master's degree in counseling from Webster University. She started her career in the mental health field in 2010 while working at one of the oldest standing state psychiatric hospitals in Taunton, MA. It was then that her passion was truly sparked for this field! Her passions include going to the Disney parks, trying out new restaurants, attending live music concerts/shows, vinyl record collecting, thrift shopping as well as traveling.
Her specialties in practice include serving the LGBTQ+ community, multicultural competencies and is certified in grief and loss counseling. She enjoys working with teenagers and young adults. Her positive and strength-based approach is used to uplift those who need it most.
